Teachers acknowledge that educational content uploaded to the Platform may be processed using artificial intelligence technologies solely for providing and improving educational services.

Acarya Labs provides AI-powered educational services including AI Tutor, AI Chat, AI Notes Generator, AI Question Generator, AI Career Guidance, and related educational technologies.

To provide these Services, Acarya Labs may process:

  • uploaded files
  • classroom materials
  • chat conversations
  • AI interactions
  • learning preferences
  • assignments
  • assessments
  • educational analytics

AI-generated outputs are produced through automated technologies and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or hallucinations.

Educational Users remain solely responsible for independently verifying AI-generated information before relying upon it for academic, professional, or personal purposes.

Subject to applicable law, Students, Teachers, Parents, and Legal Guardians may have the right to:

12. Reservation of Rights

Acarya Labs reserves the absolute and unrestricted right to modify its privacy practices, educational data processing procedures, AI processing methods, security controls, retention schedules, parental consent mechanisms, and institutional privacy requirements whenever reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, improve educational services, protect Users, maintain Platform security, or support its legitimate business interests.

Nothing contained in this Privacy Policy shall be interpreted as limiting Acarya Labs' rights or obligations under applicable law or as creating any obligation to retain educational information beyond the period required by law, contractual obligations, or legitimate operational requirements.
